Well, first of all, I am so personally proud of you for the amazing process you’ve done to overcome your anxiety of talking about what’s to come.
Second of all, I have no experiences with this topic, but I’m going to try my best to help, okay?
how to ease anxiety is very simple, yet challenging for our overactive, fast-paced minds.
My advice would be to RUN! RUN and NEVER COME BACK! But obviously, my choices are 95% wrong and inconclusive.
What you SHOULD do, as nerve-wracking as it is, is face the situation. Who isn’t anxious about the future? I know I am. And thinking about it makes me sad. Not having a steady job, not having happy kids, poopy marriage, it makes me shiver to the core.
But that’s not the only thing waiting in the future for us, dear. We have the dreams factor. Why don’t you try talking about your dreams? It doesn’t matter if you think they’re silly, they’re YOUR dreams, and it’s YOUR future, am I right? So, instead of letting anxiety take hold of your decisions, how about YOU take hold of it and push it down long enough for you to talk about your expectations from the future?
I know it’s not much, but it’s the best I can do. I hope I helped, even if it was a very minuscule help :)
We’re really not comfortable answering these questions. Maybe you will find a better answer in google or a sex blog.
